Cellar arrangement and purchase of equipment for the offer, tastings of ecological fruit wines and juices

Project contents: The main aim of the project is further development of the Matevžuc Ecological Farm, which will thus acquire new income by a supplementary activity and make new employment opportunities. Moreover, the area LAG and its vicinity, including the Snovik Spa, will acquire new tourism offer. In order to be able to process fruit into fruit wine and juice, the cellar in the old house will have to be renovated and new equipment for the production process will have to be purchased, i.e. press machine and fruit mill, inox dishes and equipment for tastings: a table and a display case for tastings. The renovated room will also be used to transfer the knowledge to different target groups, mainly the youth, who will get acquainted with the production and processing process of ecological fruit sorts. A website of the farm will be created and leaflets will be made.
