The Kamn'k Tourism Society carried out the project entitled "The Tastes of the Slovenian Countryside" in the 350 -year-old Budnar museum house in Zgornje Palovče above Kamnik, which has been managed by the Kamn'k Tourism Society since 2007. Over the last two years they carried out 8 different workshops in relation to the topic of old folk rituals of the Slovene countryside with an emphasis on the culinary art. Workshops were carried out four seasons, in which visitors could actively participate and taste culinary specialities. They presented domestic pig sausages, baking bread, Easter, St Gregory's holiday and honey products, medicinal herbs, cheese making, dairy products and St Martin's festivities. The project enriched the tourism offer of the countryside of "The Heart of Slovenia" and contributed to preserving culinary art heritage of the Slovenian countryside.
