Launching the use of foodstuffs produced in the area of "The Heart of Slovenia" in the Snovik Eco Spa

The company Terme Snovik is ecollogically oriented, preparing food in a healthy and mostly ecological way. Through the selected project from LAG "The Heart of Slovenia", a network of suppliers of foodstuffs produced in the area of "The Heart of Slovenia" was created. The company looked for the actual possibilities of foodstuffs supply and interconnected with farmers and other providers mainly from the Tuhinjska dolina valley but also on a larger scale. At the trainings, recipes were defined and menus were assessed by the guests of the Snovik restaurant. Based on this, the project developer selected the most popular menus and placed the best ones on the daily menu.
